Cousins!

This past Friday and Saturday, Aunt Lindsey and Uncle Jack let us spend some time in their wonderful home with them and their sweet babies (that I can't get enough of)! After the darlings had some time to rotate in their individual playing areas that occasionally collided, we put them to bed and then broke out the vino and cerveza while playing a very pitiful--for Kelby and I-- game of 90's Trivial Pursuit. They eventually had mercy on us and we changed games... Ok that's not really important info. Well, certainly not blog worthy.

We stayed up too late. Drank too much wine. Swapped too many stories. Laughed too loud. And as you would expect, we woke up the babies and had to call our night to a close. It was lots of fun though so thanks again Jack and Lindsey for a fun night!

The next day we swam at this randomly awesome neighborhood pool which, coincidentally, we were the only ones to occupy.
Brooklyn was the only obliging (and glamorous!) swimmer.

After the pool, all the babies napped and Linds and I went shopping. Lindsey was my personal shopper complete with opinions like, "Yes that does look like a train conductor's outfit" and "Oh this looks like you!" A girl does not get that kind of feedback in the taking-care-of-business kind of shopping trips she goes on for 15 minutes at a time.

The kids seemed to really get comfortable with each other and we just had a really great time visiting the "Olathe Crowd". We will have to do it again sometime soon! Thanks again!
