WEEK 15 LOSS: 1.6 LBS
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 19.2 LBS
We'll see what happens while I'm away though...
That reminds me!
Have I told you we're going to Spain? Well, yes we are! Kelby and I are leaving this Sunday for a 8-day journey to Madrid, Espana. We are going to join an intimate group of over 1 million people to see his holiness, Pope Benny 16. It's for World Youth Day 2011 and we can't wait to be there surrounded by young people loving their Faith, their leader, and their Church.
In the meantime, I'm breaking out all over my face lit-er-al-ly from the fear of leaving Max for that long. This is where part 2 of my post title comes from.
Please know that I'm not trying to toot my own horn but people have said that I'm not like your average first-time mom. I always attributed that to having lots of siblings around to practice on over the years.
Well to those of you who spoke so kindly,
think again.
You are correct. That is page 2 of 3 that alphabetically lists all of the necessities for Max's daily existence.
Page 1 is a detailed explanation of Max's daily routine with in depth directions for how to apply lotion after bathtime. And page 3 lists 100,000 dairy associated products that are not welcome at the gateway to Max's temple.
That first-time mom just reared her crazy head.
Pray for me to keep my brains about me. Oh and while you're praying... could you please ask the patron saint of clear skin to throw some intercession my way? Thanks.

The patron saint of clear skin? Of course I'll seek them out in prayer.... As long as you pray for me to the patron saint of attractive, non-socially awkward, taller-than-me, Catholic husband finders for girls inching into their mid-20's.
ReplyDeleteOh, and have fun in Spain!!
Gracias :)
ha.
ReplyDeletethis kills me.
this is what happens when veteran Adrienne leaves town for 3 weeks too long.
I'm sure I would be way worse...did you use excel?? hilarious.
and always...so impressed with the WW.
I can't imagine you with blemishes even for a second...I refuse to believe.
