Sustenance

Along with all the prayers and acts of kindness we've been blessed with, this little boy has been a sustaining force on Pinecrest. 

He just won't let you be unhappy for long and knows just the right time to show off a trick or practice a  new perfectly-pronounced word. (chair, plate, booty, sock, shoe, bear, hand, pants, potty, money, show...)

Of course he does have his moments of "too cool" for Mom. (I can put on my own coak (i.e. coat)!)

But then he remembers he's not quite 2, and he still spills orange juice down himself at church. Ya, he needs me. 

And all the chatter about potty training has gotten him very interested in "booties." Above you can observe him diapering his father.
