Well, I've already dropped the ball. Mea culpa.
On Friday, Aunt Melly celebrated her quarter of a century birthday! That's right, she is now 25! We wish we could have been celebrating with her but a sisters + Max trip will have to do in February.

Then yesterday, was Kelby's step-brother and Max's uncle Jack's 28th birthday! Lucky us, we got to celebrate with Uncle Jack and Aunt Lindsey by going to this game and then out to dinner to this restaurant where they served the BEST fries of all time. Lindsey and I chatted up a storm and probably annoyed all the hardcore game watchers while KU slowly bowed to Texas. I always love a chance to catch up with our favorite Becker siblings. Sweet Max managed to sleep while Allen Fieldhouse reached 119 decibals. But he was a great little Jayhawk and we had a blast! So a happy late birthday to you, Jack!
