Night of the Living Art

I know you've just been checking daily for a little more information about my Picasso garb! You've gotta love a good cliff hanger.

Night of the Living Art is the Altar Society's BIG fundraiser for the year. Thirty art pieces were cycled throughout the night filled with wine, beer, a signature drink, various kinds of fantastic food, and a live and silent auction. You saw that I was in a Picasso piece but he was only one of many famous artists represented.

Clearly I won't be able to post all the pieces but needless to say, it was a very impressive evening and a BIG effort on all of Altar Society. 

After I peeled off my two-tone face, Kelby and I made a date night of it and mingled with other friends from Blessed Sacrament. The drinks were bottomless and the food was always hot, tasty, and available. We had a wonderful time and are again SO grateful to Max's aunt and uncle for loving him so much over the weekend. 

Our baby had so much fun in Kansas City. I think he wants to make it a regular thing. Look out Davisons!
