Today I took Max to his 4-month check up.(You're thinking, "Four months already?! Unbelievable!" I say, "Tell me about it!") He cried through 3 shots and an oral vaccination but otherwise was wonderful and cheery during the entire appointment. Here are his stats:
Weight: 18.2 lbs (95th percentile)
Height: 27" (97th percentile)
Playing around and waiting for the doctor to come.
For the past couple of weeks Kelby and I have been trying to train Max to roll over (which is what he's supposed to be doing any day now). I tell him that we can't call him advanced if he can't even be on track! (This is only teasing of course, I am not going to be one of those parents!) I know for a fact though that he has rolled over. A few times, I've let him cry it out during tummy time-his least favorite activity-and when I finally come to get him, he's on his back! The little sneeker doesn't want me to praise him for his achievement I guess. Well, he'll get there one of these days and, don't you fret, you'll get to hear all about it, because, let's face it, I am one of those moms. :)
Best face ever!
Here's Max talking about life as a 4-month old. He's really quite animated.
Could he be any cuter?!?!! That is hands down the cutest baby-face I have ever seen. Love him! Can't believe he's big enough to be sitting up in a chair!
