Week 10 Dubya Dubya

I was terrrrrrified for my weigh-in on Monday considering the weekend I had. However, I was with just the right people who gently reminded me of my healthy resolution. Mel went running with me Saturday morning and baked some tasty (and nutritious!morning glory muffins for us. At Brookie's birthday, we had a lovely fruit platter and bottled water to keep us (ok, me) away from the cupcake tower. And we were late to Operation 99 so the most tempting stuff was gone - thanks be to God! Below are the results of this week's weigh-in.
WEEK 10 LOSS: 1.6 lbs
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 15.4 lbs

Thanks for all the support! It's been a wonderful journey of deciphering needs from wants. I'm halfway to my goal!
