The kitchen was cleared out right before Thanksgiving (2011) and demo began the following Monday. Sorry if the lighting is bad in the pictures, but I think you'll get a good feel for the transformation. And you might remember when I tried to take matters into my own hands back in April. Let's just say, the result is much better than anything I might have done.
