1. I feel like I have to upload a picture with the post and since my Mac is a little on the touchy side and can't accept anymore downloaded items, I have to do it on the PC and well, when I go in there (the office) it's a disaster and I see that I need to clean so I shouldn't be blogging and well then it all becomes quite-a-mental-fight that ends in collapse-and-all-around-inactivity.
2. 9 times out of 10 I'm putting off something else (cleaning, laundry, dishes, HOMEWORK, emails, cooking, exercising. You name it, it's on my to procrastinate list) when I'm blogging which starts the cycle of #1.
3. After sharing funny blogs with my hubs, he proceeds to tell me that my blog isn't funny like that. Surely he meant it to sound different but it is a definite source of blogging nervousness.
This is kind of like me running laps on a track*:
Lap 1= Starting at top speed and completely exhilarated, ready to set a world record.
Lap 2= Already a bit winded but still capable (and sprinting because people are watching).
Lap 3= Blaming the other runners for being so in shape, skinny, and all around wise for pacing themselves.
Lap 4= Admitting defeat and slowing to a walk in front of God and everyone.
And since I mentioned the hunky hubby, I should have him give us a guest post about his experience in track. It still makes me laugh. He can really tell a good story. I miss him. He's out tonight which is SOOO GOOD for him! And no, that was not a sarcastic note you sensed, I'm very happy he's going to see his friends.
Right. Well, I'm going to post a bunch of pictures probably tomorrow to share with you all. We've been keeping CRAZY busy around here so there's lots to tell. I just didn't want you to think I'd forgotten to feed your curiosity. Until then.
*Note: This is assuming that I've actually made it to a track to run.
Enjoy your Saturday evening!
